HYROX / ENDURANCE

Our HYROX classes are built around the official HYROX race format—a global fitness competition that combines running with functional workouts. Each race consists of 8 x 1K runs, each followed by a functional movement station, such as sled pushes and pulls, rowing, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, sandbag lunges, and more.

Our HYROX class is designed to help you train specifically for this unique blend of endurance and strength. Whether you're preparing for your first race, aiming to improve your time, or simply looking to add structured, high-intensity conditioning to your routine, this class delivers.
