Our CrossFit classes are built around “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” This approach is broad, general, and inclusive—designed to develop all aspects of fitness: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy using various equipment, specifically barbells. We also do see a fair share of gymnastics movements like toes to bar or pull ups but these are all scalable.
CrossFit is infinitely scalable, making it accessible to every fitness level—no prior experience needed to start outside of our very own onboarding program. Each member of our community is on a unique fitness journey, and our coaches are here to guide you every step of the way.
