Our Functional Fitness classes are designed to deliver a high-intensity, full-body workout without the use of a barbell. These classes follow the same principles as CrossFit—constantly varied functional movements performed at intensity—but use alternative equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, sleds, and bodyweight exercises.
